Caffè Giacosa, Florence, 2001

Caffè Giacosa, Florence, 2001 Roberto Cavalli re-opens the forgotten and neglected Caffè Giacosa in Florence, an old haunt of the city's elite, by making it part of his boutique. Famous as the home of the Negroni (a cult Italian cocktail made with Campari Bitter, red vermouth and gin), the Caffè Giacosa is the first example of the brand's joie de vivre applied to hospitality.
