Products must be returned in their original condition.
That includes the following guidelines:
Returned products shall not have been worn (trying on for fit is permitted) or washed. They shall be intact and unused, with all original tags still attached;
Shoes and accessories shall be returned in their original boxes, and placed inside a protective box before shipping;
If the product has a security tag, it must be returned with the tag in its original position;
